Find Stability
Safe, stable housing provides a foundation for recovery, independence, and a healthier life. Our Permanent Supportive Housing program helps eligible individuals experiencing serious mental illness, homelessness, or housing instability overcome barriers to obtaining and maintaining a home.

Build Independence
Finding housing is only the beginning. Our team works alongside each member to develop independent living skills, connect with essential resources, and address challenges that could place their housing at risk. Through individualized, recovery-oriented support, we help members build the confidence, skills, and community connections needed for long-term stability.
